Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed in full before order processing. We deliver to addresses within Nairobi and selected areas as indicated during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues immediately.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
